Schools

We are a small, nurturing educational community for 120 students serving ages 3 through 12. Our goal at Casa di Mir is to provide the highest quality Montessori education possible with a strong emphasis on academics in a child-centered and creative environment. We strive to provide a learning experience that promotes self-esteem and develops a strong sense of individual responsibility and community. Our school facility is newly renovated with comfortable, well-equipped classrooms.

Campbell Christian Schools is governed by a Board of Directors under the oversight of the elders of the Campbell Church of Christ, an independent non-denominational church that is committed to "a non-sectarian concept of God, total dependence on God and His grace, a truth-seeking spirit of open inquiry, a Christ-centered daily life, and a spirit of radiant love for all men, women, and children."

Castlemont School, in an educational partnership with the community, is dedicated to teaching children to become caring, competent, responsible citizens in a rapidly changing world. We will provide a nurturing environment, promote respect for uniqueness of self and others, and emphasize a solid academic foundation.

Hazelwood School was a wonderful learning environment with caring staff and excellent teachers in a small school environment. The school closed due to declining enrollment and budget shortfalls. Though the school will be missed, we wish all of our students great success and look forward to seeing them in their new schools.

Old Orchard is a private, independent elementary school opened in 1973 by my mother, founding director and headmistress Dannie Weston. Welcome to San Jose Christian School. It was in 1959 that the dreams of a group of Christian parents took shape as the first classes of San Jose Christian School opened. Their dream was for a school that would help them teach their children to know and love the Lord as they themselves did and to learn about God's world. Today that dream continues in the lives of over 340 Jr. Kindergarten - eighth grade students every year.
